TERMS AND CONDITIONS


01. the process


1.1 APPROVAL

Registered Practices gain their status through a comprehensive approval process conducted by Dermal Health Science™. This process involves a thorough review based on specific criteria, including but not limited to, medical accreditation, compliance with regulations, and the association of registered medical practitioners.


1.2 MEDICAL ACCREDITATION

Criteria to become eligable for successful Dermal Health Science™ practice registration within South Africa:

MEDICAL PRACTICE

The practice must be officially registered as a medical practice in South Africa and comply with all relevant South African medical regulations, including but not limited to the Health Professions Act 56 of 1974. The practice should have at least one medical doctor registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA).

MEDICAL PRACTIONER ASSOCIATION

If the practice is not a medical practice, it must have a registered medical practitioner permanently associated with it. This practitioner must either be a medical doctor registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA), or a professional nurse registered with the South African Nursing Council (SANC).

1.3 documentation

For both options, the following documentation is required for verification: 

  • Proof of registration with the relevant medical or nursing council.
  • Evidence of good standing with the council.

1.4 review

Applications for medical accreditation are subject to review and approval by Dermal Health Science™. Dermal Health Science™ reserves the right to request additional documentation or clarification to ensure compliance with medical accreditation standards. By meeting these conditions, your practice will be eligible for the range of benefits offered by Dermal Health Science™ to its accredited practices. Proof of practice registration may be required, if applicable.


1.5 online store link

As a Registered Practice with Dermal Health Science™, you’ll be granted a unique link to an online store stocked with DermExcel™ products. This personalized online storefront serves as an extension of your practice, allowing your patients to conveniently browse and purchase our medically-formulated skincare solutions from the comfort of their own homes. This provides an additional revenue stream for your practice and enhances patient experience by offering them a secure and user-friendly platform to access DermExcel™ products.


1.6 link distribution

As a Registered Practice, you have the privilege of expanding your service reach far beyond the walls of your physical location. You’ll receive a unique, trackable link to your online DermExcel™ store, which you can distribute across various platforms — emails, social media, your practice’s website, and more. This enables you to serve a wider demographic of patients, including those who are geographically distant or unable to visit your practice in person for any reason. With this unique link, you can still provide these patients with the opportunity to benefit from DermExcel™’s scientifically-backed skincare solutions, all while generating additional profits for your practice.


1.7 profit sharing

As a Registered Practice, you are eligible to earn a 10% profit on the total value of each order, with the exclusion of VAT and shipping fees. This is an excellent way to augment your practice’s revenue without incurring extra operational costs. The profit is calculated from the net value of the items purchased, ensuring a straightforward and transparent earning mechanism.

Shipping and handling can often be a logistical nightmare, but not for you. Dermal Health Science™ takes on the responsibility of delivering the DermExcel™ products directly to your patients. This includes managing any returns or product-related queries, ensuring a hassle-free experience for you and your patients.


1.9. patient platforms

1.10 discontinuation

While we anticipate a fruitful partnership, Dermal Health Science™ retains the right to discontinue any Registered Practice’s benefits under specific conditions. This could occur due to non-compliance with our terms, irregular ordering patterns, or other factors deemed significant by Dermal Health Science™.


1.11 DASHBOARD ACCESS

As a Registered Practice, you’ll have exclusive access to the Dermalhealthpractice™ Dashboard. This is your real-time analytics tool that provides insights into customer purchasing behaviors, total profits earned, and other pertinent data. This feature allows you to make informed decisions about your ongoing relationship with Dermal Health Science™.


1.12 DATA USAGE

All personal data collected through your unique store link will strictly be used for DermExcel™ product-related transactions. This ensures that patient information is handled with the utmost respect for privacy and compliance with data protection regulations.


1.13 DATA SECURITY

It’s crucial in today’s digital age to protect patient data fiercely. As such, under no circumstances should this data be shared, downloaded, or uploaded onto any other platforms outside of the Dermalhealthpractice™ Dashboard. Failure to comply could result in the discontinuation of your Registered Practice status and could expose you to legal ramifications.




02. online sales profit


2.1 PROFIT ALLOCATION

Your practice will earn 10% profit of the total order value, excluding VAT and shipping fees, 30 days after successful delivery, subject to our Return Policy.


2.2 PROFIT payment

Profits will be paid within 5 working days after receiving the correct tax invoice from your practice. Your practice should provide a tax invoice that includes Dermal Health Science™’s company details. The amount that should be invoiced will be visible on your dashboard under the “to pay” heading. It’s your responsibility to ensure that the banking details for payment are accurate.


2.3 deregistration

To earn or receive profits, your account must remain in good standing and comply with all relevant obligations. If your practice is deregistered, the link will be deactivated and you will no longer be entitled to any profit payments.
